Resolves YES if (1) TikTok is banned and removed from US app stores and inaccessible to US users, OR (2) ByteDance completes a sale of TikTok US operations to a non-Chinese-controlled entity before January 1, 2028. Temporary injunctions or partial restrictions do not count.
