The 1984 LA Olympics was one of the most profitable in history. However, construction cost inflation, security expenses, and the scope creep that afflicts every Olympic host create substantial risk. Resolves YES if the LA28 Organizing Committee's post-games financial report shows a net operating surplus (revenue exceeding expenses). Government infrastructure spending outside the organizing committee budget is excluded.
