Alaska has an active repeal effort, and if both states eliminate RCV, the probability drops sharply. However, new states adopting RCV is also possible, providing upside.

Resolves YES if at least one state conducts the 2028 presidential general election using ranked-choice voting. States that currently use RCV (Alaska, Maine) count, as do any new states that adopt it.
