T-Mobile already claims 5G coverage for over 325 million people (approximately 98% of US population) on its Extended Range 5G (low-band) network. However, these claims use generous coverage definitions. If the market accepts carrier-reported numbers and counts low-band 5G, the threshold may already be met. The question is whether independent verification supports 95% population coverage by a more rigorous standard. Mid-band and mmWave coverage remain much more limited.

Resolves YES if any major US carrier reports or industry analysts confirm 5G population coverage of 95% or more before January 1, 2028. All 5G spectrum bands count (low-band, mid-band, mmWave).
