Will a hyperloop system become operational anywhere in the US before 2029?

Hyperloop remains largely a concept with no commercially operational system anywhere in the world. Virgin Hyperloop, the most prominent US company, pivoted from passenger to cargo focus and then significantly downsized. No hyperloop project has progressed beyond short test tracks. The engineering challenges of maintaining vacuum tubes over long distances, safety certification requirements, and the complete absence of a regulatory framework make commercial operation by 2029 virtually impossible.

Resolves YES if a hyperloop system begins commercial operation (passenger or cargo) in the US before January 1, 2029. Test tracks or demonstration projects that do not carry commercial passengers/cargo do not count.
